Our steaks come from premium pasture-fed Angus-Hereford yearlings and grain-fed Angus beef from Victoria and Tasmania, and are carefully selected by weight, marbling and maturity for superior quality.

 

With a choice of seafood, poultry and vegetarian dishes also prepared from the freshest of produce, we are committed to bringing the very best to your table. We are conscious of all the stage in meat production and preparation till it reaches your table : from paddock to plate.

Our meat is also MSA graded. Meat Standards Australia (MSA) was developed by the Australian red meat industry to improve the eating quality consistency of beef and sheepmeat. The system is based on consumer taste tests from nine countries and takes into account all factors that affect eating quality from the paddock to the plate.

‘Pinnacle’ cattle are raised in some of Australia’s most prestigious farming country, enjoying the luxury of a cool temperate climate and lush natural pastures. This abundance of land ensures maximum free range rotation across pastures and a continuous plane of nutrition delivering a consistency of unrivaled eating quality.

Have you tried our scotch fillet from Cape Grim? It is located on the north-west corner of pristine Tasmania. The area is known for its rich agriculture, cool temperate climate and regular and abundant rainfall. Cape Grim hosts a monitoring station that reputedly captures the world’s cleanest air.
